Every GingerlyServes order is packed by hand in Delaware. Because shipping depends on what you order and where it's going, we arrange it with you personally.

Shipping is discussed after order review
No shipping charges are collected when you submit an Order Request. Once we review your request, we contact you by phone or email to discuss the best way to get your items to you.
Delivery methods depend on your destination
Depending on where you are, options may include:
- Local pickup or hand delivery in Delaware
- Standard or expedited carrier shipping within the United States
- Special packing for glass jars, seasonal weather, or large gift baskets
Some fragile or oversized gift baskets are best arranged for local pickup or delivery.
Shipping fees are confirmed before payment
Shipping costs are based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and the service you choose. We share the exact amount with you before requesting any payment, so there are never surprise charges.
Estimated delivery times
Because items are made in small batches, preparation time varies. We communicate an estimated preparation and delivery window individually for each order, and we let you know once your package is on its way. Estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays, weather, and holidays can affect transit.
Addresses and delivery issues
Please double-check the address you give us. If a package is returned or delayed because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply. If a shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve it with the carrier.
